Booking your date

Your date is reserved once the written agreement is confirmed and the deposit stated in it has been paid.
The agreement sets out the coverage hours, deliverables, travel and payment schedule for your event.
The remaining balance is due as set out in your agreement, by bank transfer or cash.

If your date changes, tell us as soon as possible. We will move your booking to the new date if we are available.
Because we turn away other clients for your date, the deposit is not refundable if you cancel.
In the unlikely event that we cannot cover your event, we will refund all payments or arrange an equally experienced photographer with your agreement.

We aim to send a sneak peek within 3 days, edited photos within 2 weeks and the full film within 4 weeks of the event.
Printed albums are produced after you approve the photo selection and design.
Files are archived after delivery. Please keep your own copies of your gallery and films.

You may use, print and share your photos and films for personal purposes.
Galleries are private and password-protected. We never publish your photos or films without your consent.
With your permission, we may show selected work on this website and our social media.

When you send an enquiry we store your name, contact details and event details so we can reply and prepare your booking.
We do not sell or share your details with third parties, except where needed to deliver your booking (for example, album printing).
Live streams are shared by private link. You decide who receives the link.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
